This is an appeal by the defendant, The Firemen's Relief Association of the City of Milwaukee, from a declaratory judgment
of the circuit court for Milwaukee county adjudging that the plaintiff, the City of Milwaukee, the respondent in this appeal,
is not obligated to pay interest on the principal sum owed the Association. The underlying issue of the City's liability for the principal was decided in an earlier appeal to this court. A full Discussion
